Spiced malted fruit loaf aromas with just a hint of sea salt lead to sweeter dried and lightly smoked fruit flavours with a briny edge and light wooded finish.

About The Distillery

Said to have been founded in the 1790's, Highland Park is the northernmost distillery in Scotland, situated on the island of Orkney.  The distillery has its own floor maltings and a well-peated malt is used.
