About The North of Scotland Distillery
A single grain spirit from a now silent distillery of the Highland region. As with all Dream Dram whiskies we take our whisky from the cask as nature intended. On this occasion the alcoholic strength had dropped under 40% and in doing so can no longer legally be sold as whisky and must be labeled as spirit. At 38.3% it is not too far off the legal 40% and loses very little in the taste factor indeed if anything it offers an extra smooth texture to the long lingering palate.
